Article 1: Ownership of Original Images
- •Users retain full ownership of all original images uploaded.
- •All original images uploaded by users remain the property of the user who uploaded them. YourSpaceLab is granted a non-exclusive license to process and transform these images solely for the purpose of providing its services.
Article 2: Responsibility for Uploading Others’ Images
- •Users represent and warrant that they hold the legal rights (including copyright and usage rights) or have obtained proper permission for all images they upload.
- •Any legal liability arising from the upload of images that infringe the rights of others rests solely with the user. YourSpaceLab assumes no responsibility for such matters.
Article 3: Prohibited Uses
- •Users are strictly prohibited from using YourSpaceLab’s services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- •Creation, distribution, or sharing of content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
- •Any activity intended to harass, intimidate, stalk, or otherwise harm individuals or groups.
- •Using AI-generated content to facilitate fraud, impersonation, or other criminal acts.
- •Generation or dissemination of images that violate local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- •Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and users remain fully responsible for any legal consequences. YourSpaceLab assumes no liability for users’ unlawful actions.
Article 4: Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content
- •YourSpaceLab generates and transforms images using AI technology. Results may vary depending on the input image and settings. YourSpaceLab does not guarantee complete accuracy, safety, or suitability for any particular purpose.
- •Users should not rely solely on AI-generated images for contracts, legal decisions, or disputes. Users bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such use.
- •YourSpaceLab provides tools. Responsibility and accountability for their use always rest with the user.
Article 5: Handling of Personal Data and Items
- •Elements in uploaded images that can identify individuals, personal belongings, or other private features may be automatically removed or altered during processing. YourSpaceLab does not analyze, store, or use images for the purpose of identifying individuals.
Article 6: Responsibility for Exposure of Faces or Personal Information
- •Users must obtain legal consent to use images containing third-party faces, personal information, or private spaces. YourSpaceLab assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from uploading or using images without proper consent.
Article 7: Disclaimer Regarding Differences from Real Spaces
- •AI-generated images are intended as visual aids to help understand spaces. Furniture sizes, layouts, and spatial proportions may differ from actual conditions, and exact correspondence with real spaces is not guaranteed.
Article 8: Recommended Disclaimer for Advertising or Portals
- •When using images for real estate portals, flyers, or advertisements, we recommend including the following note: 'This image is an AI-generated reference and may differ from the actual space.'
- •Inclusion of this disclaimer is optional. YourSpaceLab is not responsible for any issues resulting from omitting it.
Article 9: Limitations of Service Scope
- •YourSpaceLab provides image generation and transformation tools only. It does not act as an intermediary, determine contracts, or set prices. YourSpaceLab does not guarantee business results, contract completion, or outcomes of disputes arising from the use of its services.
Article 10: Legal Compliance and Liability
- •Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when using YourSpaceLab. YourSpaceLab is not responsible for any legal, financial, or personal consequences resulting from misuse of the service.
- •Users accept full responsibility for any harm, damage, or legal claims resulting from their actions or the content they create.
Article 11: Enforcement and Right to Terminate
- •YourSpaceLab reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these terms and to suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion. Users remain liable for all actions taken prior to suspension or termination.
